KEMS Magnetic drive chemical process pumps are seal-less, providing for maintenance free and leak proof operation. These pumps are available in the defferent material of construction for a wide range of chemical and temperature compatibility.

KEMS MB series Pumps are widely used in Electroplating, Effluent treatment plant, and other fluid handling processes. These pumps are close-coupled to minimize size and also available in long-coupled design with bearing pedestal to accommodate customer’s motor. Pumps are Available in molded grip or stainless steel 304/316 solution contact. Internal or external mechanical seals are available with (carbon-ceramic or sic) seal faces. The 316 stainless steel shaft adapter is utilized to protect the motor shaft and allows the use of standard flange type motor.

With the help of our experienced engineers, we have been able to manufacture and supply a wide range of vertical chemical pumps. These pumps are acclaimed for their high functional efficiency and consistent performance. Vertical run completely dry without ill effect are used in applications requiring the continuous transfer of liquids, with a high degree of reliability, hence remove one cause of breakdown which is often attributable to the human element. The most important gains to be derived from the use of Vertical Sealless Glandless Pump are in the sphere of maintenance and the consequent reduction in downtime production losses. Normal maintenance on the Vertical Glandless Pumps is confined to lubrication of the driving motor bearings.
